urgent / dog hit by a vehicle

Dog was hit by a vehicle last night. He has no visible external wound or bleeding, but appears to be in severe pain, is crying/screaming and has not eaten since. Suspected fracture/internal injury. Location: Lakkad Khana pul ,kangi waali gali Gwalior 474001. I am 16 and cannot transport him to a hospital. Please arrange a rescuer/volunteer with transport.
