Injured and infection

There is a dog in my street that is injured and seems to have an infection, is suffering from significant hairloss and is bleeding from 2 3 wounds. It urgently needs medical attention. People around me won't help infact everyone just want to get rid of the dog. I gave it some medicine from a pharmacy, but I don't think it helped at all it is also suffering from severe itching. Please rescue and help it and I'm sharing a photo of dog that's a previous photo now his condition is worse
